Jude R. Rolfes 
Senior ECAM Vice President

The Senior Vice President for Engineering, Construction, and Asset Management (ECAM) for DKRW Advanced Fuels has over 20 years of experience in the development, financing, contracting, constructing and operating energy facilities. Jude’s previous positions include over ten years at Enron Corp where he had commercial and operational responsibility for Enron’s Power Plants as well as holding senior positions in the power development and construction groups.  Following employment at Enron, he was the responsible officer for international business development for SNC-Lavalin Thermal Power Company. Jude also worked at Shell Oil Company where he started up TerraTherm Corp. a soil remediation company that employed proprietary Shell Oil technology to remove dangerous pollutants in situ.

Before entering the energy industry, Jude served in the Army for 20 years to include service in Viet Nam and other tactical assignments as well as engineering and leadership positions in the National Security Agency, Defense Nuclear Agency and as the Executive Officer in the Electrical Engineering Department at West Point.  He holds an M.S in electrical engineering from Iowa State and a B.S. in electrical engineering from West Point.
